As the program takes raw as input rather than a minc file, it doesn't follow any of the special rules. Took a quick look at the code and the MINC2 flags have mysteriously vanished! ;) -jon On 1/9/07, Jonathan LAU wrote: > > Hey all, > > > > Does anyone know what happened to the "-2" option for rawtominc (cvs and > > 2.0.12)? > > > > This feature existed in an old quarantine I built using 2.0.09 but for > some > > reason has been removed. > > > > cheers, > > jonathan > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > > MINC-development mailing list > > MINC-development at bic.mni.mcgill.ca > > http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/mailman/listinfo/minc-development > > > > > > > > > -- > Andrew Janke (a.janke at gmail.com || http://a.janke.googlepages.com/) > Canberra->Australia +61 (402) 700 883 > _______________________________________________ > MINC-development mailing list > MINC-development at bic.mni.mcgill.ca > http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/mailman/listinfo/minc-development > -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... My understanding of rawtominc with float data is, -scan_range is ignored with float data. -there should not be any slice scaling. However, I see that rawtominc creates slice scaling with float data (-float -ofloat) Thanks Leila
