[MINC-development] minc CVS restructuring

Hi everyone,

This message is directed to anyone who might have a MINC checked out of
the CVS source tree here at the BIC.

I'm planning to restructure the tree shortly.  The result will be that the
existing structure, which includes the unnecessary "minc/cvsroot/minc"
path, will be shortened to just "minc".  The conversion programs will be
moved under the minc directory:

/software/source/minc
/software/source/minc/volume_io
/software/source/minc/libsrc
/software/source/minc/progs
/software/source/minc/conversion

If you have any comments or objections, please let me know ASAP.  If you
have made any unchecked-in changes, you might want to check them in. I
intend to make these changes on Thursday if there are no major objections.
