[MINC-development] mni_perllib-0.05 on the ppc64

you are so right. i ended up installing mni_autoreg_model-1.03, and now
all is well.
is there a relatively-thorough documentation anywhere of what assorted
packages one might need from the mni collection? i had installed mni_autoreg
awhile ago and not realized that it would depend on mni_autoreg_model.
