[MINC-development] ask some question about MINC 2.0 install

Hello,

We are trying to install minc on our IRIX 6.5 box. However, we are having 
issues and would be very grateful if you could help us resolve them.

When we attempt to configure it, it cannot find our hdf5 libraries, which are 
installed and when we tried it as the superuser it could not find the netcdf 
libs. Could you please let us know what we have to set within our environment 
such that it can find these?
