[MINC-development] minc-patch: fixing check for gunzip

Hello,

I couldn't help but notice the missong "/" in the @INC definition
below: usr/local/mni/lib/Library/Perl/5.8.1

I forget where this is set ... but moving the Getopt directory to
/usr/local/mni/lib/mni_autoreg should fix the problem since it is part
of @INC
