Thanks for the tip on Display - I'll check it out.

I just checked and the Mac OSX binaries are still available at

ftp://ftp.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/pub/register+Display/compiled/

the file is Display+register_bin_macosx_v1.3.5.tar.gz
