While everything appears to be functioning correctly, we have encountered an issue with the definition of new visit labels. Previously, manually adding visit labels in the config.xml file was sufficient. However, this approach no longer appears to be effective. Could you please clarify where visits (for each cohort) are now defined? Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Message-ID: Hi Sandro, Depending on the version of LORIS you are upgrading from, you may need to run the following script: https://github.com/aces/Loris/blob/main/tools/single_use/populate_visits.php I believe it was LORIS release 24 that moved the configuration to the database. Make sure to follow the release notes for every upgrade as they mention the steps required. Pay special attention to the "Notes for existing projects" section.
