Hi all,

I just took a hack at converting the older .tex MINC API manuals from
my original SGML effort (http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/software/MDP/)
to wikibooks.

Thoughts?

Granted I know this is all old MINC 1.X ref stuff but the plan is to
get used to things with this and then move onto the MINC 2 docco that
Leila/Bert/John wrote.
