Dear all,
I am very pleased to announce that we are launching the NeuroAnalytics
Scholar Program. This >3M CAD project will fund 20 scholars (two cohorts of
10 for 2 years each, 70k/y) at the interface of Neuroscience and AI, as a
result of a Weston funded grant with the University of Calgary, Hotchkiss

Scholars Program
Dear colleagues,
The Canadian Neuroanalytics Scholars (CNS) Program is now accepting Notices
of Intent for the 2024 recruitment cycle. Up to 10 scholars will be awarded
$70,0000 per year for up to two years, plus access to training and
mentorship from CNS Program partners. The CNS Program is designed to
leverage and connect the infrastructure, resources, and expertise available
through research and industry partnerships across Canada, cultivating a
world-class talent pool that can effectively utilize existing open
neuroscience data and meet the growing demand for advanced analytics in
neuroscience research such as artificial intelligence and/or machine
learning.

NOI Deadline: January 31, 2024
Full Application Deadline (by invitation only): March 13, 2024
Award Notifications: late spring/early summer 2024
Funding: $70,000 per year for a period of up to two years
Eligibility: This competition is open to early-career postdoctoral scholars
in Canada with research projects in the field of neuroscience which
prominently incorporate application of advanced analytics methods to open
neuroscience datasets.
