Mike Hawrylycz is an Investigator at the Allen Institute for Brain Science<https://alleninstitute.org/person/michael-hawrylycz/>, in Seattle, WA.  He has been Director of Data Analysis and Annotation at the Institute since its founding in 2003, and worked with the US Brain Initiative since 2017 on its program to characterize cell types of the mammalian brain.
