*Nilearn* (https://nilearn.github.io) is a Python tool enabling
approachable and versatile analyses of brain volumes. It provides a bridge
between best-practice fMRI data processing and statistical and
machine-learning models in scikit-learn.
*Nibabel* (https://nipy.org/nibabel) is a Python tool providing read and
write access to major (f)MRI neuroimaging file formats. On May 5th-7th 2021,
we are organizing a joint event: the *Nilearn-Nibabel Dev Days 2021* ! This
will be the opportunity to encourage collaboration across the communities,
shape future directions for both tools, and on-board new contributors. You
