*Interactive figures can go a long way towards turning your data into
insights. In this workshop, we will get familiar with different Plotly
components that are simple to use, yet highly powerful to give your results
the place they deserve in the wide spectrum of data visualization. We will
also learn how to export interactive visualization objects in HTML format
and how to serve them through GitHub, so that we can embed them in our
publications or blog posts. For those willing to go the extra mile for
creating and deploying a dashboard to production, we got you covered too!
Let's admit, static figures are so early 00's and it is time to reconsider
our default practices for reporting data transparently.*
Agah is a PhD candidate at NeuroPoly Research Lab, Polytechnique Montreal.
His research is focused on the standardization of quantitative MRI
applications through data standards, and fully transparent workflows
starting at the scanner console and extending all the way to journal
publication.
