CNSP virtual meetings: COVID-19 and scientific platforms operations

Dear colleague,

We hope that you and your families are keeping safe during this pandemic.

Many institutions are now talking about how to reopen under the current situation. As central hubs where many scientists engage to do their work each and every day, scientific platforms will have unique challenges to overcome to operate in times of social distancing.

The CNSP is organizing a series of three online workshops to brainstorm on these associated challenges and collectively find solutions to safely reopen and operate scientific platforms during the continuing COVID-19 situation.

Tuesday May 12 12 pm – 1 pm ET
Social Distancing – Public transit, Personal Protective Equipment, social distancing in the scientific platform

Wednesday May 13 12 pm – 1 pm ET
Training Solutions – Remote training, online resources, new/unique solutions

Thursday May 14 12 pm – 1 pm ET
Financial Impact and Potential Solutions

Registration for all workshops is free, but mandatory at: events.eply.com/cnspvirtual<https://cnsp-rcps.us15.list-manage.com/track/click?u=2fcb7abe88478f8ce3588982c&id=83b219ea0b&e=2e045c3a12>.
Shortly before each event, a link to a Zoom Meeting will be emailed to the registrants.

Feel free to forward this invitation to anyone who would like to be part of the discussion and exchange on these topics. Shortly after the workshops, the CNSP will establish guidelines for the reopening of scientific platforms.

We hope that you will be able to participate.

Sincerely,
The CNSP Executive Board

Social Distancing – Public transit, Personal Protective Equipment, social distancing in the scientific platform

Mercredi 13 mai de 12h à 13h ET
Training solutions – Remote training, online resources, new/unique solutions

Jeudi 14 mai de 12h à 13h ET
Financial Impact and Potential Solutions
