Reinder Vos De Wael and Oualid Benkarim from our lab organize a small BrainSpace (https://bit.ly/2v9Z9GQ) hands on workshop this March 10, 2-4pm in the Jeanne Timmins.

Topics:
- construction of brain gradients (from e.g., fMRI, microstructural MRI, tractography, histology, gene expression,….)
- gradient alignment and visualization
- null models with spatial autocorrelations
