For anyone who uses the MEDIT booking\scheduling software for the BIC, it will be down for most of the day next Monday October 7th.

Monday Update ( Oct 7th Applications will be down from 8am - 2pm )

We are updating and moving our servers.  Normally this is transparent change however this time we are consolidating our database server to a machine located in Burnside. This means it will be necessary to disable all the core applications while the transition is taking place.  This is being scheduled for Monday Oct 7th.  While the apps are being migrated the core application will point to an undergoing maintenance message. Due to the different groups of people involved it's necessary to do this update during working hours.

Your applications will be down starting around 8am until 1pm. When they come back online your links will also be changed. A redirect will be in place to your new urls so your end users will not notice a change.  If you have any bookmarks or have publish the links on your website you should plan to update them. You will have sometime to do this, in early 2020 all current versions of web browsers will be updated and they will no longer be bale to communicate with the older server.
