[BIC-announce] Some BIC virtual machines are down

Hi,

We are experiencing some hardware issues with a server hosting quite a few
virtual machines.  Work is being done at fixing the issues. Here are the hosts
that are affected and are unavailable at the moment:

biobank
box
cloud
forum
imaging
ipmsa-admin
ipmsa-loris
ipmsa-mysql
ipmsa-spine
login
loris
mailman
omega
quad
redcap

Work is being done at migrating them to a new server.
