Hello, I am very sorry about the last minute request. I am hoping that the invite for tomorrows talk can be sent to the listserv?
Wednesday July 24th 1:00pm
MNI - Grandpre Conference Room
Dr. Mostofsky is a child neurologist and cognitive neuroscientist. He is a Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University and is the founder and director of the Center for
Neuroimaging and Developmental Research at Kennedy Krieger Institute. In his research, Dr. Mostofsky applies neuroimaging, non-invasive neurostimulation, and behavioral methods to uncover the brain
basis of developmental disabilities, including Autism, ADHD, Tourette Syndrome and learning disabilities.
Dr. Mostofsky has had a particular focus on identifying differences in motor control and learning and how these movement patterns relate to differences in cognition and behavior. The findings
generated from his research have provided a basis for pursuing novel therapeutic interventions for children with developmental disabilities.
All the best,
