[BIC-announce] Setting priorities for MINC; doodle poll for the next meeting

Hello:
To build on the momentum of today's productive MINC meeting, the next step
will be to outline the technical and administrative tasks that the newly
proposed staff would have in their portfolio (see the minutes

for details). Any users or developers of MINC who can contribute to this
scoping exercise are encouraged to attend.
