Manager, Data Resources, McConnell Brain Imaging Centre
Montreal Neurological Institute, McGill University
Over the past 6 months, the BIC’s data and informatics support team has developed a portfolio of hardware and software resources to provide multiple, flexible solutions for managing your lab data archives, and collaborating with data. A platform of software tools is being rolled out and deployed for everyone to try, use and give feedback.
Ted Strauss, Manager of Data Resources at the BIC, will provide an overview of this toolkit and the diverse usage scenarios it supports.
Relevance to, and interoperability with, the MNI open-science initiative will be discussed.
