[BIC-announce] Need to rebook NW-123 and NW-125

Hello all,

Please see below regarding the need to re-book any upcoming reservations of NW-123 and/or NW-125 on the new Neuro-Media Website (http://neuromedia.mcgill.ca/mnibooking/day.php?area=9).  If not, there could be a lot of surprises as of February 6th as it seems that existing booking that were made on the Outlook calendar will be voided.

For example, there is already at least one double-booking that I can see: see below regarding Fri-Feb-10 at 3:00 pm for NW-125.

So, from now, for bookings in NW-123 and/or NW-125:
1: Go to https://neuromedia.mcgill.ca/mnibooking/day.php?area=9,
2: Make sure that the desired date/time/room is available,
3: Fill out the form
4: Check back on the Website in a day or two to make sure that your reservation has been added to the schedule by Neuro Media Services.

Sorry for the inconvenience, But as of now Neuro media will be taking over the room bookings of those two rooms.  A notice has been sent out by Belinda stating that past Outlook bookings will be Null and that you should send in your request and book your time slot .
By Feb 6 2017 , the AV equipment should be active , except for the front projection awaiting for the big screen .

Hi guys...

I notice that there is now the possibility to book rooms NW-123 and NW-125 on the Neuromedia.mcgill.ca website... unfortunately, there is still also the Outlook Calendar signup system that people are still using.  What system should I be using to reserve a room?

FYI: there is already at least one double-booking... see Fri-Feb-10 at 3:00 pm for NW-125:
