[BIC-announce] Delays with booking confirmations

Dear BIC community:

Following up on Rick’s note last week, we continue to experience difficulties for delivering on-time confirmation of booking requests. The scanners are truly busy at the moment, which adds to the possible frustration from your end: we sincerely apologize and thank you for your kind comprehension. The situation will be resolved within the next couple of weeks.

If you absolutely need to have confirmation of your booking before showing up with participants, please get in touch directly with the unit staff ahead of time:
