[BIC-announce] NY BIC party

Dear BIC Community:


We'd like to cheer properly for 2017, a year of certain change and continued success and development at the BIC.


A new-year party is in order some time in January, but we would need some cheerful volunteers to help make it happen. Should not be too much work: we can think of outsourcing most of the organizational details.
