[BIC-announce] Participants required

Hello everybody,


We need a couple of participants for a motor learning study. The study consists of 4 sessions and monetary compensation is $50 per session, so the total is $200. Experiments will involve recording the electrical activity of the arm muscles (EMG) during working with a robotic handle followed by an fMRI scan. The experiments are held at the Neuromuscular Control Lab located in the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education (Currie Gym building), McGill University (475 Pine avenue west, H2W 1S4). Each data collection session will normally take around 2:00-2:30 hours. Our experiments are entirely safe and carried out under ethics approval. Eligible subjects should be:

1- Right-handed, age 18-35
2- Have no arm fat
3- Have no prior experience or participation in a similar experiment (motor learning study)
