[BIC-announce] BICnic - last briefing

Hi Folks:

We’re approaching 100 registered participants to tomorrow’s BICnic event and good weather shall be on schedule.
Our logistics gauges are in the bright green; still time until noon for late birds to register though: http://doodle.com/poll/cnumb8qag4tpxqd5

Quick update on the program:

- Bubble soccer sumo-style will run from 3pm until 5pm - no mercy on the field.
- BICDaddy will provide pizza and beverages, including our own BIC mixologist Jackie’s sangria, famous for crossing the blood-brain barrier, twice.
- BIC30 collector tshirts will be available in very limited quantities, free of scanning charges: everything must go and must be worn on the field tomorrow.
- Pizza deliveries expected at 4pm and 5pm; more if necessary.
- Bring a baked good or candies to share
- Bring your musical instruments, frisbees, water guns, balls and raquettes of all kinds.

A big "thank-you!" to Aki, Belinda, Beth, Jackie and SylvainM for the organization.
