I hope everyone has had a relaxing break. Once again, all my very best wishes for a joyful and productive New Year!

We will hold our first BIC Council meeting of 2016 this coming Friday (Jan 08) @ 09 am. All staff, trainees and BIC users are welcome to send out suggestions and raise issues they would like to see discussed and resolved by the Council sooner than later.
