Subject: [NEURO] NAGANO training for research teams at the Neuro

 As many of you have probably heard, the Neuro is collaborating with the MUHC to use the research study management software  called NAGANO currently used in most research institutions in Québec.

Nagano will be piloted with selected projects during the months of February and March.    All projects will need to be submitted for review and approval via NAGANO starting at a date to be announced in the upcoming days.  This also means that you will no longer be required to provide paper copies of your submission to the REB.

Gregory Hubin from Semiweb, the provider of Nagano, will provide Neuro research teams a training session on:
1) How to enter into Nagano and create your profile.
2) How to submit research projects, single or multi-site, and how to manage the electronic signatures.
3) How to submit annual renewal, adverse events etc. during the conduct of a research project.

DATE: February 10, 2016, 2pm-3pm

Please note that the training session will be videotaped and made available to all on the REB web page. Other training sessions are coming at the MUHC.
