Dear all,
Please find attached the syllabus of the IPN NEUR 602 course: Imaging structure, function and connectivity of the healthy and diseased human brain (3 credits), offered this fall at the MNI.
The goal of this unit is to familiarize students with advances in the fields of neuroimaging and connectome analysis.
The course will focus on how novel anatomical structural and functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques are applied to understand causes and consequences of human neurological disorders, including epilepsy, autism, schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s disease.
Objectives: Understand basic principles of neuroimaging analysis, critically assess published work across several neurological disorders, design neuroimaging-based research projects.
Technical knowledge of MRI is not a pre-requisite for participating to this unit.
The course is open to Master and PhD students.
