[BIC-announce] Payments due

Dear Amir:

We urgently need to collect your payment for past imaging fees and data storage and services. You have received invoices and reminders by email but it looks like you haven't replied yet. I know everyone's busy but it's critical to to the BIC.

Note that computing prices have been dramatically reduced wrt to previous years.

One last reminder for computing services will be sent later today.
