[BIC-announce] BiCBQ: update

Dear All:

We need volunteers to help out setting up the Hélène Penfield Atrium for the BicBQ: unfolding a few tables, unpacking the paper napkins, table clothes and table wear. Should not be a lot of effort for a great service.

Please contact Grace <grace.flynn at mcgill.ca<mailto:grace.flynn at mcgill.ca>> to volunteer: will be much appreciated.

A fridge will also be accessible in the morning for storing your food items. Please contact Grace for access.
