Dr. Artee Luchman is an independent researcher and manager of the the Brain Tumour Stem Cell Core facility for  Drs Samuel Weiss and Gregory Cairncross at the Hotchkiss Brain Institute.

In this role, Artee is responsible for generating and characterizing brain tumour stem cell lines from human gliomas.

Her research focus is cancer stem cells in brain tumours and mechanisms regulating their resistance to treatment,

especially intracellular oncogenic and metabolic signalling pathways.
