[BIC-announce] Emergency Liquid Helium is needed

Hello All,
Our regular supply of liquid helium has been interrupted this week.  If you are aware of any extras or if you know a group that can spare some (as little as 25L), please ask them to contact me.  A warm-up of the system at this time would be quite detrimental to our operations.
