In April 2010, Dan joined David Colman at the Neuro Film Series showing of Stalag 17 in which the life of one of the main characters is modeled after his grandfather's wartime experiences.

Marilyn Jones-Gotman is a valued member of the Neuro community as Professor in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery, and former Coordinator of the Neuropsychology Epilepsy Service.
