This year, Neurosciences will be from November 13, 2010 to November 17, 2010.   This notice is for anyone who will be presenting a poster.  If you or any of your colleagues will be attending this year, please be advised that the deadline for poster (file) submission is 3:00 pm, November 9, 2010 to ensure delivery by 3:00 pm, November 12, 2010.   Any files submitted after this deadline, will only be delivered the following week.   Unfortunately,  due to the high demand during this period, no exceptions can be made.
