Dear friends of CIM: 

Further to our invitation for active participation with a contributed paper to the International Symposium on Brain, Body and Machine on November 10–12, we received a valuable suggestion: to accommodate short papers. With the purpose of broadening the participation, we are happy to announce that topical papers will be accommodated, not exceeding four pages, in the format of regular papers. Topical papers will be focused on one specific technical subject, and will be included, with all other papers, in a Proceedings CD. The deadline for submission of topical papers is July 15, 2010. We are making every effort to accommodate oral presentations of all papers, regular and topical, with equal time allocation for all.
