[BIC-announce] Invitation to the Brain Neuromechanics Workshop.

Dear all,

I  would like to bring your attention to the Brain Neuromechanics
Workshop organized by the Centre for Mathematical Medicine (CMM,
  http://www.fields.utoronto.ca/programs/scientific/CMM/index.html)
  affiliated with the Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical
  Sciences. It will be held on July 26-28th at the Fields Institute in

  Dr. Siv Sivaloganathan, the Director of the Centre for Mathematical
  Medicine, has invited me as a speaker. However, I won't be able to
  attend. As such I would like to pass on this invitation on behalf of Dr.
  Sivaloganathan to one of you. Limited amount of funding is available.

  If you are interested in presenting your research at the Brain
  Neuromechanics workshop, please, let me know via e-mail
  (nataliya.portman at mcgill.ca). I will then forward your e-mail to
  workshop organizers.

  Please, note that this workshop is not primarily focused on applications
  of continuum mechanics theory (biomechanical models of tissues). It also
  extends to other modeling approaches (like the deformable model of brain
  anatomy, for instance). The choice of the topic of your presentation is
  yours.
