STAFF VACCINATION PLAN

Although our mass vaccination campaign of MUHC employees is now complete, two additional vaccination sessions have been arranged at the MNH.

The session will be held in the Foyer of the Jeanne Timmins on Thursday, November 19 and Friday, November 20 (9am-5pm) this week. Staff are required to bring their medicare card and another piece of identification.

Staff can also call OHS on local 36994 for an appointment to be vaccinated, however the government has stipulated that no vaccine can be wasted, so we need to vaccinate a minimum of ten healthcare workers at the same time. The MUHC will only offer influenza AH1N1 vaccine until December 7, 2009, after which, employees will be referred to their local CSSS.
