Dr. Alvaro Pascual-Leone is a leader in the field of the mechanisms and applications of Transcranial Magnetic (Brain) Stimulation. His broad research interests include applications of TMS both to understanding the function of the brain and as a therapeutic tool in neurological and psychiatric diseases.
He is the Director of the Center for Non-Invasive Brain Stimulation and Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School and the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Boston, MA, USA), a clinically active neurologist, and the recipient of several high-profile awards.
