Please note that if you have any new or re-submission protocols for review by the PET Working Committee, Fifteen (15) copies of the protocol along with both the English and French consent forms (one copy, only, of the French Consent Form) must be submitted by Tuesday, September 8th,  2009 in Webster 218.
