All returning postdoctoral scholars must renew their registration with
the GPSO/postdoctoral office for the academic year 2008-2009 (commencing
September 1, 2008 / ending August 31, 2009) by submitting the 2008-2009
Postdoctoral Registration Form (fillable pdf file:
http://upload.mcgill.ca/gps/pdregform.pdf
<http://upload.mcgill.ca/gps/pdregform.pdf> ) with the following
supporting registration materials:

*       The original 2008-2009 Postdoctoral Registration Form (with
original signatures) 

*       A copy of your Letter of Agreement (LofA) (if expired)

<http://upload.mcgill.ca/gps/pdlofasample.doc> ).

*       A very clear copy of your valid work permit if you are an
international postdoc [OR if you have changed your legal status in
Canada, a clear copy of your permanent resident card [both sides] and
IMM 5292 or 1000 document  OR Canadian Citizenship card [both sides]

*       A copy of your valid Medicare card  

 

DEADLINE:  Any time until August 31st, 2008 (by internal mail only)
