Good Morning,

On Monday, February 11th at 4:30 pm, The Honourable Jim Prentice, Minister of Industry, will deliver the Wilder Penfield Lecture "Innovate or fall behind: Using S&T to excel in a dynamic world". 


Minister Prentice will discuss Canada's science and technology policy and the designation of the MNI as a Centre of Excellence in Commercialization and Research. The Centre of Excellence status awarded by the Ministry of Industry brings with it $15M in new funding for the Neuro.

 

Dr. Colman is encouraging all Neuro staff to attend this most important of our named lectures. Please post this email for your colleagues who do not have email access.
