[BIC-announce] heads up!

Hello everyone,

yorick, where /home/bic is housed, had a NFS-limbo episode today after it
crashed during the course of the night. Luckily for us, it chose to come
back to life ... after a lot of convincing on our part! :-)

We are still waiting for the replacement backplanes for grumpy - its been
over a month! As soon as we get the parts, we can move /home/bic off of
yorick - hence we should be less vulnerable to such events.
