Hello ,
 
Please note that if you have any new or re-submission protocols  for
review by the PET Working Committee, Fourteen (14) copies of the
protocol along with both the English and French consent forms (one copy,
only, of the French Consent Form) must be submitted  by Thursday,
November 2nd, 2006  in Webster 220.
