Dr Amir Raz, Columbia University

Neuroimaging of attention in health and in brain disease

Wednesday 11 October

Jeanne Timmins Amphitheatre, 1:30 pm

---

Dr. Amir Raz is Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at Columbia
University. He is recipient of the 2006 Young Investigator Award from
the National Alliance for Research on Schizophrenia and Depression
(NARSAD) and was also recipient of the 2005 American Psychological
Association’s Early Career Award (Division 30). His research
interests span cognitive neuroscience and imaging investigations of
attention, hypnosis, and attentional alterations in neuropsychiatric
illnesses. This should be an exceptional lecture from a dynamic
neuroimaging cognitive scientist.
