Over the last several months a rash of thefts have occurred within the
building.  While we are taking every precaution to improve and prevent
this from happening in the future; we feel it is important that the
staff be alerted of the situation.  Please take the necessary steps to
ensure that all belongings are properly stored and secured in a locked
place; and do not leave personal items unattended to.  Doors should be
locked at all times even when one exits their office/lab for a few
minutes.
