[BIC-announce] MR and PET website/schedules

To all MR and PET research scan users: 

 

Good Morning everyone, 

As of last evening, changes have been posted to the BIC website. 

 

You may view the scanning schedules after the month of February 2006. Please note that all requests for the month of March only have been entered. I will advise when the other months are up to date (most likely by some time next week). The schedules can be viewed daily, weekly or monthly (see bottom of calendar page).

When clicking on either the MR or PET schedule from the website you can view all the schedules without going back to the homepage.  Simply look at the upper left corner to choose the scanner schedule you would like to view (when entering from the homepage you may not necessary be in the right schedule).  Please make sure to view the proper schedule prior to requesting scan time.

 

As previously mentioned no confirmations will be sent by email. Researchers are responsible for all timeslots that are posted in their name. Please take a moment to verify the month of February and March and take note of the timeslots that have been allocated to you. If there is time posted in your name, that you no longer need, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Please note that the new policies for all scanners are in effect as of now. It is important that you take the time to read them.
