The Marcus Foundation proposal for IBIS-EP support has been submitted.
-$3.83M TC, inclusive of 10% indirects.
-A huge congratulations and thank you to John for leading this massive effort!  And, to the sites for helping to get this across the finish line so quickly.  Fingers crossed!
