Let me know if you have agenda items for discussion. Meeting Link: https://wustl-hipaa.zoom.us/j/92135972316 Link to Agenda/Recruitment Workgroup Folder As discussed at last meeting, I'd like to change the way we're reporting our recruitment numbers in order to make it easier to audit/compare our enrollment in LORIS. I'm removing the tables from the agenda, so no need to report anything there. Instead, you'll only need to report your scheduled / actively enrolled subjects via PSC ID numbers. In the recruitment folder, please find the excel file "Infant Enrollment Tracking". You do not need to edit the summary tab - this will auto-populate totals from the sheets. Select your site's sheet - All numbers will auto-tabulate based on the PSC IDs that you list, so only add IDs -- don't edit any # totals. When you've reviewed/updated each month, edit the date fields in Line 4, so I'll know your site has updated all its numbers. For EP, if you have to remove IDs that no longer count towards the total (e.g. no V6 scans, withdrew, etc.), then remove them from list and add them under withdrawn (date you noted this, PSC ID and right click, "insert note" and you can note why, which will appear as a hover-over flag - e.g. no v6 scans, couldn't engage family for later visit, formal withdrawal, etc.). For Control/DS -- only list them as a withdrawal if we can't use their data. No need to add historical withdrawals, but this may be helpful to note moving forward if you had to remove one from your counts). I've already populated the DS/Control numbers that you all sent me in Aug/Sep, so you can see how it works. Each month you'll simply need to add new PSC IDs to the respective columns, move them from Sched. to Complete, or remove them if for some reason they can't be counted. If you have any questions, thoughts, or suggestions about the sheet, let me know. But I'm hopeful this will help with more accurate tracking while not adding too much work.
