[MINC-users] MINC and 64-bit compilation

MINC itself is 64-bit clean now. Some of the surrounding applications
likely still have a few bugs lurking in them, most prevalently in
ParseArgv calls.

I don't know of anyone who has compiled it 64 bit on PowerPC. But 64
bit IRIX (both gcc and MipsPro compilers) and amd64 versions are in
use in different places.

Hope this helps,

Jason
