However, we are having issues and would be very grateful if you could help us resolve them. When we attempt to configure it, it cannot find our hdf5 libraries, which are installed and when we tried it as the superuser it could not find the netcdf libs. Could you please let us know what we have to set within our environment such that it can find these? Many thanks. The documentation still needs a bit of updating, however. Any and all questions, bug reports, and suggestions will be very much appreciated! See the "NEWS" and "WHATSNEW-2.0" for more details on the new features. See the libsrc2/doc directory for details on the new MINC 2.0 specific programming interface. These documents are still works in progress, but any feedback you can provide will help us make them better. To get HDF5, see the following URL: http://hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu/HDF5/release/obtain5.html Thank you! -bert From minc-development@bic.mni.mcgill.ca Wed Apr 28 16:38:40 2004 From: minc-development@bic.mni.mcgill.ca (Vicka Corey) Date: Wed, 28 Apr 2004 11:38:40 -0400 Subject: [MINC-development] minc-2.0.05 beta In-Reply-To: ; from bert@bic.mni.mcgill.ca on Tue, Apr 27, 2004 at 02:22:33PM -0400 References: Message-ID: <20040428113840.G20740@gate.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu> hi -- dare i ask what os's this supports? Frankly, I can't say definitively. I expect that it will compile successfully on OS X, but that has not been tested. You would need to install HDF5 first. -bert On Wed, 28 Apr 2004, Vicka Corey wrote: > hi -- dare i ask what os's this supports?
