The MINC development team is pleased to announce the release of
MINC 1.1. The source code is available now at
http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/software/distribution/packages/minc-1.1.tar.gz
User-visible changes since 1.0 include:
* All MINC programs have a manpage.
* Rawtominc has new "-skip" option, to allow skipping header information.
* Mincstats option "-max_bins" renamed to "-int_max_bins", to avoid clash
with "-max".
* Minccalc has new functions: tan, asin, acos, and atan.
Bugs have been fixed relating to
* building on 64-bit platforms
* coredump in mincstats
* inverted concatenated transforms
The build process has been revamped (using automake and libtool):
shared libraries are now easily buildable.
Have fun!
